Yad Sarah now provides you with a special opportunity to help many others, as you honor or memorialize a family member or friend. Though Yad Sarah owns 14,000 wheelchairs, which are constantly loaned out to the public, there is an urgent need for 1,800 more. This necessity is great.

Helping us, through buying the gift of a wheelchair, can be an excellent way to honor the birthday of a friend, the anniversary of parents, or the Bar Mitzva of a cousin.

Additionally, a certificate can also be sent out in memory of the loss of a dear one, or in commemoration of a yahrzeit.

Imagine – a donation of $180 will buy a new, standard or children’s, wheelchair for Yad Sarah’s ever-needing public. The person or persons you honor will be sent a DONATION CERTFICATE, evidence of the care and generosity you showed in his or her honor.

Easy steps to donate:

1. If you are interested in donating a wheelchair in honor of a special occasion  press the link at the bottom of the page.

2. Fill in the secure donation form form. Specify in the instructions field the name and address of the recipient of the certificate, as well as the occasion. Any special message may be added.

3. Press the send button, or print out and fax to +972-2-6444423.

Yad Sarah will attend to the request and dispatch the certificates as per your instructions.
