The Professor Rivka Bergman Prize for Creativity in Nursing for 2005, was awarded to Ms. Nava Dolev for her establishment and direction of "Daat". Daat is a medical query service that is operated under the joint auspices of Yad Sarah and Hadassah Medical Center and is operated from the Yad Sarah Headquarters in Jerusalem.The award selection committee members were extremely impressed by the unique and innovative activities of Ms. Dolev, whose invaluable contribution to society answers the needs of patients and improves their medical care. The committee members admire the many endeavours in the unique project founded by Ms. Dolev— a service, provided voluntarily, to every customer free of charge, with the firm conviction that everyone is entitled to information on his medical condition.
