More than 30 years ago, Jacob Lupolianski retired, sold his shop, and offered the proceeds from the sale to his son, Uri, who had a simple idea—purchase medical equipment to lend to those in need in order to improve their quality of life.  His will helped launch Yad Sarah.
 
Today, Jacob Lupolianski’s legacy lives on in every one of the 400,000 lives Yad Sarah touches every year. 
 
When you remember Yad Sarah with a bequest in your will, you stand together with Jacob Lupolianski, and join in his legacy—reaching beyond your lifetime to help ensure that Yad Sarah’s services continue and evolve to meet the changing needs of a multi-aged and diverse population.
 
When you join Jacob’s Circle, a very special group of supporters who have remembered Yad Sarah in their wills or with a planned gift, you receive:
 
• a certificate of Jacob’s Circle membership
• an exclusive lapel pin
• a specially designed tea box, crafted by Yad Sarah clients and volunteers
• Yad Sarah holiday cards for Rosh Hashanah and Purim
• recognition in various published materials

Bequests and planned gifts of at least $118,000 will be further recognized with a commemorative plaque to be permanently displayed at Yad Sarah House in Jerusalem.
